NatEx celebrates its partners

National Express (NatEx) UK Coach celebrated its partner operators at its annual awards ceremony in Coventry.

Walsall-based Travelstar European was crowned Overall Operator of the Year, as well as Operator of the Year for six-10 vehicles.

Operator of the Year awards also went to: Llew Jones for one-five vehicles, Bruce Coaches for 11-20 vehicles, and Edwards Coaches Bristol for over 21 vehicles.

The Customer Experience Excellence award went to Go South Coast Poole.

E Stotts and Sons won double with the Best Fleet accolade, as well as the and Go Green award for minimal vehicle–related incidents.

Meanwhile, Bennetts won the safety award for its commitment to NatEx’s Driving out Harm programme, and the Duplications, Festivals and Events award for its contribution to the events business over the past year. 

The Gold Standard Achievement was given to NatEx West Midlands, Bruce Coaches, Travelstar European, Parks of Hamilton, Edwards Coaches Wales, Bennetts Coaches, and E Stott and Sons, while the Golden Spanner awards were presented to 70% of the network for exceeding expectations in engineering.
