Stagecoach Merseyside and South Lancashire has bolstered its team with the appointment of a new operations manager.
Simon Tramalloni has been appointed to Merseyside Operations Manager.
His new role is based in Stagecoach’s Gillmoss depot in Liverpool where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of over 400 drivers and more than 150 vehicles in the region.
Simon, who has spent over 17 years with Stagecoach, started out as a trainee bus driver in Fleetwood, Lancashire. Over his career, he has risen through the ranks of the business, holding various operations management positions at Stagecoach across the UK.
He will report in to Stagecoach Merseyside and South Lancashire Managing Director, Rob Jones.
Rob says: “Simon brings with him a wealth of hands-on experience and expertise from every level of the business. He is someone who already understands the business model and can immediately hit the ground running.
“Merseyside is one of our biggest regions with thousands of passengers using our services every day. I am confident that Simon will strengthen our team at Gillmoss and help us to continue to improve our service offering for all our customers.”
