Pailton Engineering has shown its new electric memory steering column, which is designed for coaches and buses.
It enables the steering wheel position to automatically adjust for drivers on an individual basis, controlled by a joystick or a Bluetooth connection.
The memory records the optimal position for each driver. That removes the need to manually adjust the wheel after a changeover has taken place.
