Minibus convertor Swansea Coachworks Ltd has been placed in liquidation, and a new firm, Swansea Coachworks SA Ltd has taken over.
It comes with a change in ownership; Malcom Hier, the sole director and owner of the old firm is no longer involved.
The new business is owned and run by sole director Robert Beynon.
The firm says that the business is fulfilling all orders placed with Swansea Coachworks Ltd and no customers have lost out during the changeover.
