Ticketing systems supplier Ticketer has announced Kelly Hanna will step up to the role of Chief Executive Officer after being with the company since 2021 as Chief Operating Officer.
Ms Hanna has 20 years’ experience in management roles, having before her last post been Vice President, EU Operations, vendor payroll and global support services, at cloud-based human capital technology and services provider Alight Solutions. She was also Vice President of Transformation and Delivery Support at NGA Human Resources.
Ticketer says she is well placed to lead the company with a “strong track record in operational and customer excellence and a keen interest in public transport”.
“I’m so honoured to transition into this role and take the helm of Ticketer at what’s such an exciting and pivotal time – both for us and the industry,” says Ms Hanna. “2024 will be a big year as we evolve our ticketing and cloud-based solutions, and I am really excited to be part of such a talented team.
“Together we will continue to drive innovation, deliver value to our customers, and achieve new levels of success in the next chapter of our customers’ journey.”
The business says Ms Hanna will drive the launch of new hardware and software innovations over the coming year. She will attend the Smartex Smart Transport TCF Forum on 27 September and will showcase some of Ticketer’s new products.
