Mobile vehicle lift specialist Totalkare has launched an online training solution to help technicians to use lifts in a competent, safe manner.
It follows the successful launch of Totalkare’s CPD-approved training course in mobile vehicle lift competency and it allows operators to manage and report on the training of staff in this area of competence via an online platform.
Through the platform, customers can identify that lift operators have been trained in accordance with health and safety legislation and safe working practices.
It also provides full reportability on employees’ progress at each stage of the training and it maximises the time that staff spend on the workshop floor.
The lift competency courses cover such subjects as the safe operation of equipment, pre-use checks, and the latest updates on legislation.
Functionality training is related specifically to Totalkare’s lift range and it can be tailored to the model(s) of lift that the operator has on site.
