The Coach Tourism Association (CTA) has launched a consumer-facing campaign to promote coach tours and excursions under the WeLoveCoaches umbrella.
Core messaging for WeLoveCoaches is:
- Coach travel is back
- Coaches are safe, fun and social
- Coaches are ready and waiting to take people on a UK trip or holiday.
WeLoveCoaches has a particular focus on social media and video. A new portal website that is now live is key to the campaign. It presents details of coach and tour operator members of CTA. The Association says that for consumers, the website provides a simple way for them to easily find an operator by county. Members’ listings include a website link, contact details, social media information, images and current video clips.
The WeLoveCoaches theme acts as a “simple and effective” brand that CTA says is equally relevant to operator and supplier members who are supporting the campaign. Tools and resources are available to download for their use on their own social media channels.
CTA has enlisted the support of social media specialist Cariad Marketing for the WeLoveCoaches campaign and it is initially focused on promoting coach tourism via Facebook and Instagram.
