I hope this email finds you accordingly. We don’t always hear the positives regarding motorway service areas, but on this occasion, I cannot praise the team at Roadchef Strensham enough.
When planning what can only be described as a convoy of 13 coaches carrying 710 passengers from the depths of Devon to Alton Towers, Strensham was brilliant.
All it took was a simple phone call and a few emails, and additional staff were brought
in to assist with feeding the passengers in their droves both outbound and on the return.
To get 13 coaches, 710 passengers and 26 drivers through in less than 45 minutes was a miracle. This was phenomenal from all staff involved.
It’s rare that services get praise, but this was well deserved.
