Stertil UK has named Derrick Peel as General Manager of its Stertil-Koni business. He took up the role on 1 September and has assumed overall responsibility for performance with a focus on driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and further developing the company’s position as a leader in the heavy-duty vehicle lifting industry.
Mr Peel steps from his previous title of Area Sales Manager. In that field he achieved record sales in his region and played a pivotal part in strengthening relationships with customers and distributors.
The business says that Mr Peel’s “dedication, expertise and commercial success have been instrumental to the continued growth of Stertil-Koni, and his promotion reflects both his achievements and his potential for future leadership.”
Stertil UK Managing Director Martin Paynter adds that Mr Peel has already made a significant impact within Stertil-Koni via excellent results and demonstration of outstanding leadership qualities.
“His promotion to General Manager is very well deserved, and I have no doubt that under his guidance, the business will continue to go from strength to strength. We are delighted to see him take on this new role and wish him every success,” continues Mr Paynter.

“I look forward to building on these strong foundations and leading the team into an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation.” Mr Peel succeeds Tony Edge, who retired from Stertil-Koni in July after over 30 years’ service.
