Elaine Rosscraig, widely credited for leading Stagecoach’s award-winning telemarketing campaigns, has returned to the ‘front line’, with her appointment as First Bus Director of Customer Service Improvement.
She spent 14 years with Stagecoach Group, latterly as Head of Customer Insight, before leaving in July 2015 to take up a post with Dundee-based publisher DC Thomson.
She then joined bus industry consultants The TAS Partnership as an Associate Management Consultant.
At Stagecoach, she set up an in-house Customer Research and Insight team of 15 staff and project managed all in-house projects.
