Wrightbus has continued its recruitment programme with the naming of Mick Campbell as Head of Sales (Key Accounts). Mr Campbell joins from Pelican Bus and Coach, where he was Customer Project Manager, and also counts First Bus and supplier 21st Century as former employers.

With Wrightbus he will be responsible for ensuring that “customers are provided with a professional sales experience while increasing our order book in a very deliberate fashion,” says Director of Sales and Business Development John McLeister.

“It is great to have the experience that Mick brings, and we welcome him as a valuable member of the sales team,” Mr McLeister continues. “Working in the bus industry with one of the largest operators in the UK, Mick brings incredible knowledge and experience that will complement our existing team.”

Adds Mr Campbell: “When the opportunity with Wrightbus came along, I had no hesitation in joining the sales team. The business is fully focused and committed to delivering the latest technology across both hydrogen and [battery-]electric zero-emission vehicles to our wider customer base.
