Bus driver Paul Marsden has retired after 30 years’ service with the Oxford Bus Company.
The 65-year-old started driving for the bus operator in November 1988, initially driving a minibus before moving onto double-deckers. For the last nine years he has driven on the Park and Ride service 300.
“I loved being a bus driver. It was the best time of my life and if I could do it all over again I would. I enjoyed working with the public, meeting people and going out and doing a good day’s work,” says Paul.
