Chevin Fleet Solutions, a leading provider of fleet management software, has launched a new consultancy service that intends to work with clients to evaluate business processes and fleet management practices.
Headed by Vice President of Global Consulting and Client Services Bill Griffiths (pictured), it will identify and build upon both strengths and weaknesses within operators’ existing internal programmes.
Chevin’s new service offers both existing and new customers a comprehensive evaluation of fleet performance and associated management processes, enabling leaders to fully understand existing procedures; maximise data use; streamline workflow; and create a map for success.
It will also help operators to ensure compliance, proper depot workload allocation, better use of telematics, effective vehicle replacement planning, and lower vehicle total cost of ownership.
Chevin will coach clients to focus on specific data sets that will provide the results that they need – for example, maintenance schedules, repair times and reporting standards – to turn fleet management processes into a competitive advantage,
Says Bill: “With an expanse of fleet management experience, software suppliers such as Chevin are perfectly placed to maximise the use of fleet data and recommend best practice.
