We visited Coach & Bus UK on the morning of the second day.
We usually visit in the afternoon, after driving up from Dorset, so a morning visit was a first for us.
Although it was the smaller show this year – compared to Euro Bus Expo – there seemed to be a good representation on the mini/midi coach front so that was good for us.
The coach seating suppliers are always top on my list of stands to visit as shows are a great opportunity to compare comfort and quality side by side – it was good to see what Kiel had to offer.
The EVM stand was impressive this year and it is always good to see what Swansea Coachworks has to offer – I always look forward to seeing Gary John’s latest limo bus creation.
We also researched cameras (both inward and outward facing) on various stands so seeing the software and quality of playback was a bonus.
For me, chatting and catching up with like-minded operators/friends is 80% of what a show visit is all about so regardless of the size of the show, it served it’s purpose.
