AlcoSense has launched the Elite 3 personal breathalyser.
It has upgraded semiconductor alcohol sensor technology for what AlcoSense says gives “unrivalled accuracy at this price point.”
To use the Elite 3, it is only required to insert a tube. When a symbol is displayed, the user should blow for around six seconds.
Very soon afterwards the result is shown. It is measured in increments of ‰BAC or mg/l.
Results are colour coded and the device can be set to any limit in the UK or Ireland.
