Visitors to the CV Show will be able to try a demonstration of the latest version of CheckPro, which the manufacturer describes as “a powerful tool that helps to streamline workshops and maintenance and compliance procedures, increase efficiency and reduce downtime.”
CheckPro now covers workshop management and inspections. That adds features such as periodic maintenance inspection and maintenance scheduling to its existing daily walk-round checks and compliance modules.
CheckPro gives users instant access to all their vehicle and asset data, providing a secure end-to-end audit trail of defects, inspections and repairs.
Instant reports of issues are generated, and all problems can be tracked through to rectification using the powerful management system.
Default checklists for standard inspections and vehicle types as set out by DVSA and FORS recommendations are pre-loaded, and all can be customised to suit an operator’s own needs.
CheckPro allows upcoming inspections, services and MoT work to be managed. It also permits the scheduling of any unplanned, preventative and ad-hoc work that may be required.
Other features include accident and incident reporting, employee record management, document upload and storage and email alerts.
