Get uninterrupted use of your assets and a cash injection through capital release

There are many finance products available to operators, ranging from the standard bank loan to more tailored options.

This includes refinancing, or capital release.

Refinance is a way to access the value of your assets and use it elsewhere, such as funding a deposit on new equipment and vehicles or to ease cash flow.

A familiar form of refinance is ‘sale and hire purchase back’ which can be used against most types of equipment, making it suitable for companies of all sizes.

This works by the finance company purchasing the asset and financing it back to you.

Repayments are calculated in line with the projected income that will be generated by the asset.

At the end of the refinance term, you own the asset.

This option applies whether you already own the asset or are using it under a finance agreement with another provider.

Benefits of refinance include continued uninterrupted use of the asset in question, a cash injection for your business or use of it as a depot for additional assets.
