Diamondbrite has unveiled Ruby Red wheel cleaner, which it says is suitable for removing the dirt and iron deposits found in ‘baked on’ brake dust.
It is effective on a variety of surfaces, including chrome, polished alloy and steel wheels. A chemical reaction that forces the ferrous metals within brake dust and road grime to change from solid to liquid, and particles in the iron turn ruby red as they dissolve.
It is applied to cold wheels and left for three minutes.
