Brian Evans will take over the reins from Lawrence Govender leading Optare’s aftermarket.
Brian has over 35 years’ experience in engineering, vehicle maintenance and support, and for almost the last two decades, has worked primarily for OEM’s in support and service roles including Volvo Bus, and latterly Alexander Dennis Limited as Group Service Director.
Prior to this Brian worked within fleet and workshop management, after spending the first nine years of his career with the RAF.
Commenting on his appointment, Brian says: “I look forward to continuing the good work started by the team at Optare to continuously improve customer service and to further evolving and growing the service, maintenance and parts services to our customers.”
