Interchange reopens following £12m refurb

Rotherham Interchange reopened on Sunday (3 March), following a £12m refurbishment scheme.
SYPTE Executive Director Stephen Edwards says the investment aims to encourage bus use.
“The 17m people travelling through the Interchange each year will now benefit from new seating, lighting, information displays, electrics and flooring, CCTV and free public wi-fi,” he says.
