One of the reasons for buying the B11R JHV2 was futureproofing the fleet

A conquest customer for Volvo Bus (02476 210250) is Rosegreen, Co Tipperary operator Wallace Travel. It has purchased a B11R with Jonckheere JHV2 53-seat bodywork.

Futureproofing against emission control zones was a key part of the purchasing decision, says Owner and Director Gus Wallace.

“We’ve always known that Volvo was a possibility for us,” he adds. “It was the B11R JHV2 combination that tipped the balance. We really like the Jonckheere bodywork, and the style and comfort of the coach is impressive.

“Add that to the fuel economy and the reliability of a Volvo chassis, and we knew we were onto a winner. We’re a growing business and we need to make the right investment for the future.”
