Workshop equipment specialist Totalkare has promoted Jessica Porter to the position of Director of Operations.
Ms Porter’s responsibilities are extended with the appointment to capture cover purchasing, the service side of Totalkare’s business – including its field service engineers – and general operations. She joined the supplier in 2013 as Aftersales Coordinator and most recently has been Internal Sales Manager, overseeing a six-strong office-based team.
The appointment places Ms Porter as a member of Totalkare’s senior management team alongside CEO David Hall, Sales and Marketing Director Adam Bowser and Finance Director Surb Gogna. The supplier says it continues to see a period of sustained growth, which earlier led to it moving into larger premises in Kingswinford in the West Midlands.
Speaking about the promotion, Mr Hall says: “Jess has been an integral part of Team Totalkare for the past nine years and has a great understanding of the company’s needs as we seek to accelerate the growth we have seen in the last few years.
“I am confident that Jess is the perfect candidate for the role, and I congratulate her on her appointment.”
