Updated versions of the Senior Traffic Commissioner’s statutory documents have been published.

STC Richard Turfitt

The revised guidance covers how Traffic Commissioners (TCs) deal with:

  •  Financial standing
  •  Transport managers
  •  Operating centres
  •  Delegation of authority
  •  Appeals

The new documents are part of a suite of 14 guidance documents that explain the legal basis and the way TCs will approach the exercise of their statutory functions.
