The Road Operators’ Safety Council (ROSCO) – an organisation that promotes and encourages safe driving of road transport vehicles – showcased its newly launched, seven-hour JAUPT-approved Driver CPC course.
The course, centred on driver safety awareness, includes sections on:
- Responsibilities on drivers for driving safely
- Distractions
- Speed
- Impairment through lack of sleep, drugs or alcohol
- Fatigue and work-life balance
- Stress
- Highway Code.
It is free to ROSCO member operators, or £150 + VAT for non-members.
