The deadline to submit your entry for the routeone Awards is Friday (10 May).
It’s the second stage of the meticulous judging process for the industry’s premier awards scheme, now in its 15th year.
The first stage was for the supply side of the coach and bus industry to nominate which operators and people they think are the best in the business.
Those nominees have been asked to submit the entry form and supplementary information, after which stage, this year’s eight-strong judging panel will methodically assess each entry.
The fourth stage will be for the judges to interview the shortlisted operators.
It’s a tried and tested process that for 15 years has ensured that the Awards are the most trusted in the industry.
There are 16 award categories: 10 for operators, and six for people. Back for its second year is the Rising Star category, which will recognise a person who is still in the early stages of their career.
The winners will be announced at a spectacular presentation evening on Wednesday 2 October, at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
It’s the most hotly-anticipated event of the coach and bus calendar, as the cream of the industry gather to celebrate the sector’s success. Its prestige is reflected by the choice of a star host and top-quality entertainment.
The Awards evening is timed to coincide with the two-day show Coach & Bus UK at the NEC, taking place on 2-3 October.
