Grayling to rule on Oxford ‘bus ban’

Transport Secretary Chris Grayling will rule on whether a major street in Oxford remains off-limits to buses after Oxfordshire County Council approved a further closure.
Both Stagecoach and Oxford Bus Company have objected to Queen Street’s blockage for a further 18 months. The ban is in force as a result of increased pedestrian numbers after the opening of a shopping centre.
