Distinctive Systems is the global leader of transport software solutions for coach, bus and tour operators. Established for over 40 years, we support over 2,600 clients in the daily use of our systems from offices in the UK, USA, and Australia.
Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a training and support specialist to join their team at their UK head office in York.
About the Role
In this dynamic and varied role, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive online and in person training for our software systems including occasional on-site visits
- Lead classroom-based training sessions for new and existing clients
- Provide day-to-day support to users
- Play a key role in helping clients make the most of our software solutions
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has several years of operational experience in the coach or bus industry
- Possesses solid IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Can work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Knowledge of our Coach Manager, Tour Booking System and Vehicle Maintenance System products is a significant advantage
