Punctuality guidelines reissued by Senior TC

Senior Traffic Commissioner (TC) Richard Turfitt has re-issued the Statutory Guidance on punctuality and reliability for bus services.

The amendments are minor. They set out the new requirement in England to notify local authorities 28 days in advance of an application to a TC to change a local bus service. The notice required by the Office of the TC is reduced to 42 days.
