Swindon-based operator Barnes has taken delivery of four new Scania Touring coaches based on K410NI and K360NI chassis.
The four vehicles join four examples of the model already in the fleet and are part of the order of 55 made by The Coach Travel Group for its subsidiaries.
One of the coaches is in The Coach Travel Group livery.
At lengths of 12.1m, 13.3m and 13.7m, the capacity of the coaches ranges from 51 to 59 seats.
Barnes, which has a fleet of around 50 vehicles, including 12 Scania coaches, says the new additions will be used for a variety of work, including private hires, school contracts and tours.
The order by the parent company also included Scania coaches for Alpine Travel, Coatham Coaches, JH Coaches, Johnsons Coaches, and Swans Travel.
It was noted in January that some of these would be in The Coach Travel Group branding as part of an initiative to make coaches available to other operators where needed and improve efficiency.
