Independent family-owned coach holiday group Daish’s Holidays has launched a new look for its website in response to increased web traffic.

The company says the new website brings a “contemporary look and feel” with a “sleek and simple layout”, is easier to navigate for customers being compatible with smartphones and tablets, and provides all the necessary tools for visitors to plan and book a holiday with Daish’s Holidays.

Its launch comes after a reported increase in web traffic of 4.8% year-on-year since 2022.

To make access even easier, the site uses the ReciteMe suite of accessibility tools, which provide visitors with the ability to change font colours and sizes, have the website text read aloud or downloaded as an MP3 file. It also includes a fully integrated dictionary and thesaurus.

The site is backed up by Daish’s reservations team in Bournemouth.

Says Paul Harper, Commercial Director at Daish’s Holidays: “The increase in online booking figures we have seen over the last two years are representative of a new, more internet-confident customer base for Daish’s. Our new website and its easy-to-use design is an absolute priority to ensure our customers, old and new, are receiving the best online experience possible. The new site will make it easier for customers to book online, with a simplified process in place.

“We’ve introduced a range of new accessibility tools and features to ensure our online booking system is accessible and helpful to all, and our reservations team remain on hand to provide assistance and telephone bookings for our customers if they would prefer.”
