AMb Travel of Ashford in Kent has taken delivery of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with an Elegance conversion, completed and supplied by EVM.
It is built on a 417CDi base vehicle and finished in Iridium Silver. The OEM hinged passenger door is retained and behind it is a moulded three-stage entrance step with LED strip lights. Double-glazed saloon windows are fitted and the original windscreen has been kept.
16 seats trimmed in synthetic leather each have a three-point belt, while folding armrests are on the aisle side. Diamond stitching is included within the upholstery along with the Mercedes-Benz three-pointed star logo.
Amenities include USB charging points, LED night lights and reading lights within the passenger service units on the underside of the luggage racks, saloon speakers, and a reversing camera with a seven-inch touch screen display.
Tarabus non-slip flooring has been installed in the AMb Travel vehicle and a CCTV system from Centrad is fitted.
Externally, the minicoach has a styling pack including skirts, mouldings, bumpers and grille cover. Hinged rear doors are retained and power is transmitted via a nine-speed 9G-Tronic automatic gearbox.
