Falcon Coaches of Byfleet has taken delivery of another i4 integral, supplied by Irizar UK (01909 500514).

The 12.9m model has 70 seats in a 3+2 configuration and with synthetic leather inserts.

It will be used on school contracts and private hire work and was chosen on the back of good performance from the operator’s first i4 integral, which was delivered in 2018, says MD Richard Telling.

“The Irizar product has a ‘wow factor’ that our customers, passengers and team really like. That transfers across the Irizar family.”

Power is from a DAF MX-11 engine rated at 340bhp coupled to a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox. It is the 10th Euro 6 coach for Falcon, and its second new coach of 2019.
