Coaches to work high mileages on the RailAir service to Heathrow airport

First Berkshire has taken delivery of a fleet of Irizar i6-bodied K 360 EB coaches for its RailAir service between Heathrow Airport and Reading, supplied by Scania Great Britain (01909 500822) and representing a £2.5m investment.

The accessible coaches come with a host of passenger amenities. They include both USB and wireless charging points and free wi-fi, while also fitted are high-definition displays that provide live travel updates. Custom upholstery is included.

Says Interim MD Simon Goff: “Our team has worked tirelessly to turn RailAir into effectively the most modern and luxurious coach service to Heathrow Airport.

“Travelling in the equivalent of first class on our coaches is an ideal start for those who may have a connecting flight ahead of them.”
