Yutong GT12 pair for Passenger Plus

Passenger Plus has further grown its Yutong GT12 fleet with the arrival of two more examples supplied by Pelican Bus and Coach.

Each has 53 seats that are finished in a black and burnt orange scheme. Lateral movement is at aisle positions and 240v and USB charging points are fitted, along with light grey curtains.

The award-winning Tadworth operator’s black and silver livery was applied at the factory in China. Both coaches are PSVAR compliant, and they include Yutong’s digital dash binnacle and polished alloy wheels.

Power is from the DAF MX-11 engine developing 450bhp coupled to a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox. The latest purchase continues a strong relationship between Passenger Plus and Pelican Bus and Coach, with the Yutong GT12s having entered service in mid-April.
