Among Hannon’s four new Volvos is a Sunsundegui SC7-bodied B11R

Growing Northern Irish operator Hannon Coach, based in Aghalee, County Antrim, has further expanded its fleet by taking delivery of four new coaches, all supplied by Volvo Bus (02476 210250): Two Sunsundegui SC5-bodied B8Rs, a SC7-bodied B11R, and a B11R with Jonckheere JHV bodywork.

Hannon, a long-standing haulier, entered the coach market more recently, and it recently acquired two Irish operators.

Says MD Aodh Hannon: “Our previous experience with Volvo in the LGV sector has been very positive, with excellent reliability and customer support from the manufacturer and our local dealer, Dennison Commercials Northern Ireland.

“Therefore, we had no hesitation in selecting Volvo for these recent purchases as we continue to diversify our operations and move further into the coach business.”
