Bay Travel of Lochgelly, Fife, has taken delivery of three Alexander Dennis Enviro200 single-deckers, supplied by Mistral Group.
Each of the 8.9m vehicles has engine stop/start technology and benefits from Low Carbon Bus certification. Bay Travel has acquired them to improve its fleet age profile and they have displaced older buses.
Says Mistral Regional Sales Manager Mike Gillen: “It is always a pleasure to work with the team at Bay Travel and it is great to get another deal over the line. This delivery includes the ninth vehicle we have supplied to the customer over the past four years.
“As well as showing commitment to modernising its fleet for passengers, the technology in these low carbon Alexander Dennis vehicles will certainly benefit the operator in terms of emissions compliance and fuel economy.”
