The Hairy Coo has added two more Yutong TC9 midicoaches to its fleet, supplied by Pelican Bus and Coach.

They take to five the number of TC9s with the Edinburgh operator, with an earlier example having been part-exchanged against the new coaches. That latter vehicle was supplied used by Pelican and its success has led to the multiple new purchases.

All were sold by former Area Sales Manager Bob Elliott, who handed over the two most recent coaches shortly before his retirement from Pelican.

The latest arrivals each seat 37. They are prepared for PSVAR, including an additional door, to allow straightforward later conversion for full compliance. Use will be on tours, with the TC9s visiting some areas where larger coaches cannot reach.
