Two new Alexander Dennis Enviro400 MMCs are to a high specification

Chorley-based Tyrers Coaches has placed into service two high-specification Enviro400 MMCs, supplied by Alexander Dennis (01909 551166).

They are 11.5m, 86-seat models that are powered by the Cummins ISB6.7 engine rated at 250bhp coupled to ZF EcoLife gearboxes.

Seatbelts are fitted throughout and the buses also have alloy wheels, CCTV, wood effect flooring, LED staircase lighting and sophisticated passenger information systems.

Says MD Richard Buckle: “We are delighted with the Enviro400s. They have an excellent, luxury specification and they are ideal for a wide range of hires.

“The combination of a high seating capacity and a quality finish provides a powerful business proposition that makes sense on many fronts, notably for school transport, corporate outings and events such as weddings.”
