Having developed a unique cleaning and refurbishment process for DPF/DOC/SCR/EGR components, Driveline Emissions Technologies’ core expertise led it into the retrofit market having acquired the IP and tooling for the ecoNOxt SCRT product.
Says Stewart Mclean, Driveline MD: “2019 was all about product development and validation, working closely with Energy Savings Trust. Achieving company and CVRAS approval for Volvo D7 and Euro III Cummins C series was an important milestone.
“2020 will yield more accreditations through the CVRAS scheme. We will pursue validations for popular coach and bus engines; some largely ignored that there’s demand, and welcome approaches, from fleets needing to upgrade.”
Effective maintenance of Euro IV, V and VI OE exhaust systems in the aftermarket is a cornerstone of Driveline’s business. Active in Warrington, Penrith, Milton Keynes, Newcastle and Grangemouth, there are plans for a further five depots throughout the UK in 2020.
Drivelines’ process complies with DVSA guidelines with full traceability and 12 months warranty.
