More than 430 drivers at Go-Ahead owned Oxford Bus Company are being balloted for strikes after what Unite calls a “a complete breakdown of industrial relations.”
The union says the issues include pay negotiations, disciplinary procedures, proposed new holiday policy and lieu days. The ballot closes on 20 February.
