Do you think your livery is the best?

A celebration of identity, heritage, and the power of a first impression, the value of a livery cannot be overestimated. routeone is looking for liveries that not only catch the eye but also tell a story – your brand’s story.

The competition has three main categories to enter, and within each, three subcategories:

Large Operator (over 40 mini/midi vehicles)	Large Operator (over 40 coaches)	Large Operator (over 150 buses)

Small Operator (up to 15 mini/midi vehicles)	Small Operator (up to 15 coaches)	Small Operator (up to 49 buses)

Each operator is limited to one image submission in one of the above categories – so pick your subject carefully!

Entries will initially undergo an online vote to determine three finalists in each category (one in each subcategory). An independent judge will then select a winner in each category from the nine finalists.

Each winner will receive a complimentary full vehicle respray for their vehicle of choice, provided in collaboration with PPG and Bus & Coach World. PPG will provide their Delfleet One paint, with Bus & Coach World handling the respray.

Livery Competition partners

PPG, a global supplier of paints, coatings, and specialty materials has a long history in the coach and bus sector. Paint awarded as part of the prize will come from PPG’s next-generation Delfleet One system. Extensive development ensures Defleet One not only delivers a perfect colour match, but also reduces material use, bake time and VOC emissions over traditional paint systems.

Bus & Coach World, with over 50 years of expertise, offer a full suite of services from repainting to bodybuilding. This Blackburn-based company skilfully blends modern techniques with traditional craftsmanship. Winners will enjoy a free respray, that showcases Bus & Coach World’s commitment to quality and service excellence.

Vote for your favourite

routeone will showcase the entries between 3 – 31 July. During this time subscribers can vote for their favourite livery. Nine finalists’ entries, one from each subcategory, will be put forward for the final stage.

Finalists will be announced on 6 August 2024.

The final stage – Judging

The finalists’ liveries will be presented to an independent Judge, who will determine the overall winner in each category; Best Bus Livery, Best Coach Livery, and Best Mini/Midi Livery.

Winners will be announced on 13 August 2024!

The Entries

The Winners
