The BPme app means that drivers can pay for fuel from their vehicle

BP Fuel Card customers can now add fuel cards to the BPme app, allowing them to save time at the pump and giving the option to pay for fuel from their vehicle.

Customers can use BPme to make cashless purchases even if they don’t have the physical fuel card with them.

The app logs every fuel transaction and it allows driver to enter the mileage while they are in the vehicle, giving fleet managers accurate data on activity.

As well as the fraud detection and transaction security measures that come with a BP fuel card, the app also gives other safety benefits, such as allowing drivers to remain close to their vehicles at all times, and the swapping of fuel card PINs for fingerprint or passcode recognition.

The app also allows drivers to locate the nearest BP station and view their transaction history. The ‘pay for fuel’ programme is available through around 900 BP UK filling stations.
