Llandudno-based Alpine Travel has acquired the goodwill and trading name of Jones Holidays, Flint.

Says Alpine MD Chris Owens: “We have operated coaches on hire to Jones Motor Services since 2010, but this January have acquired the holiday business in its entirety from Jones Motor Services.

“Jones Holidays will continue to offer first class coach holidays under our stewardship while our Silver Star brand will now fit in below the Jones Holidays brand and offer weekends, short breaks, event tours and family departures.”

Jones Holidays will continue its membership of CITO and will extend its door-to-door service and worldwide destination offer along the whole North Wales coast.
