Agreement reached with Anadolu Isuzu that will see 9m Visigo become first model to arrive here soon
Harris Auto has confirmed that it has signed an exclusive distributor agreement with Anadolu Isuzu to supply the AOS range of coaches and buses to the UK and Irish market.
The first right-hand drive AOS will be the rear-engined Visigo midicoach. In 2017, routeone exclusively revealed that Anadolu Isuzu was in talks to bring the Visigo to UK and Irish buyers and the specification has been revised to that of a 9m product with up to 37 seats.
Harris Auto’s recently appointed dealership network – which in the UK includes Albion Coach Sales, Co Londonderry-based HAJ Group, John Hill Coach Sales and RWT Commercial Services – will supply the AOS range alongside Higer and LDV products.
The Visigo has toilet and wheelchair accessible options and it is powered by a Cummins ISB6.7 engine rated at 320bhp coupled to a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox.

A right-hand drive Visigo will be displayed at Euro Bus Expo at the NEC Birmingham next week. It will also be exhibited at the CTTC show in Dublin on 17-18 November.
Anadolu Isuzu is a Turkish company whose major shareholders are the Anadolu Group and Isuzu Motors.
