CMAC Group has appointed Matthew Ratcliffe as its Chief Operating Officer.
Mr Ratcliffe, who has nearly two decades’ experience across the mobility and transportation sectors, will work under CEO Peter Slater in leading the operational capabilities of the ground transport and accommodation specialist business.
According to CMAC, he will “focus on delivering customer experiences, strengthening supply operations and scaling international growth”.
Ashley Seed, who has been serving as Interim COO, will move into the role of Chief Commercial Officer.
Mr Slater says: “We’re delighted to welcome Matthew to CMAC Group. As we continue to evolve and expand our services, Matthew’s leadership will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, scaling international growth and strengthening our market position.

CMAC’s operations across the UK and 11 other countries, include the newly launched Great British Rail Replacement and Coach Hire Comparison, which it bought it 2023.
