Coach & Bus UK at the NEC Birmingham next week (2-3 October) will showcase the minicoach and minibus sectors.

At the free-to-attend show, suppliers and vehicle manufacturers will display their latest products. Some of both will be launched during the two days.

Donegal Commercial Vehicles (DCV) and Harris Auto will both exhibit new vehicles. DCV will display two high-specification Mercedes-Benz Sprinter conversions. Harris will have on its stand members of its Crusader range built on the LDV V80 and Iveco Daily base vehicles.

EVM will have a strong presence. It will display six Sprinter-based models, from a coachbuilt Grand Tourer to the Cityline low-floor minibus.

Brian Noone will major on the Daily. The first accessible Turas 700 will make its debut and it will be joined by two luxury Turas 600 models. At the larger end of its range the DAF-based Turas 900 with 33 and 37 seats will be shown.

Ilesbus UK and Mellor will also be present, and a new exhibitor for 2019 is PHVC Minibus and Fleet Suppliers. It will display a Ford Transit.

One of the main attractions will be on London Hire’s stand. It will show a zero-emission LDV V80 minibus. A second will be in the Zero Emission Zone where visitors can drive it.

In the miniplus Area, suppliers of accessible vehicles and products will be present. Among them will be TBC Conversions with a VW Crafter, Phoenix Seating, Cogent Passenger Seating, Stanford Coachworks, GM Coachwork, Nu-Track and Treka.
