Euro Bus Expo will this year see the debut of Euro Bus Expo Connect, a new platform to enhance networking and maximise business opportunities for visitors and exhibitors alike.
The tool will be available to registered visitors from Monday 14 October. It will allow them to connect before, during and after the trade show, which will be held at the NEC Birmingham between 12-14 November.
By using Euro Bus Expo Connect, visitors will be able to find what they need with ease and secure meetings before arriving at the event. The platform will do that by enabling visitors to:
- Search for exhibitors and products tailored to their needs
- Schedule meetings directly with exhibitors either at their stand or in the dedicated Connect Lounge
- Create a personal itinerary with seminars and meetings, backed by SMS and email reminders.
A dedicated support team will be available to assist with meeting planning and making the most of Euro Bus Expo Connect features, ensuring that attendees maximise their networking opportunities and business engagement.
Speaking about the visitor element of Euro Bus Expo Connect, Event Director Helen Conway says: “The platform makes planning your visit seamless. Visitors can now make sure that they connect with the right exhibitors, discover new products, and ensure that they make the most of their time at the show. This service will transform the way people experience Euro Bus Expo.”
Exhibitors will also benefit from the platform. They can create a profile, showcase their products and services in an online marketplace, and connect with potential leads before the show begins next month, gaining a competitive edge.
For exhibitors, the platform allows them to:
- Identify relevant visitors and schedule meetings in advance, guaranteeing that key contacts are not missed, even if schedules are tight
- Prepare for meetings by gathering insights on what visitors are seeking
- Manage meetings efficiently with personal scheduling tools and reminders.
“Euro Bus Expo Connect allows exhibitors to generate leads and schedule meaningful meetings before the show starts,” adds Helen. “This is a gamechanger for exhibitor and visitor interactions.”
The Connect Lounge will bring quieter space for focused discussions away from the show floor. Using it for meetings as an alternative to stands provides flexibility for visitors and a quieter, more focused environment for business discussions., show organiser Diversified Communications says.
To access Euro Bus Expo Connect from 14 October, registered visitors will receive personalised links. Visitors who have not yet registered will be granted access upon registration.
Over 180 exhibitors will be on site, with Euro Bus Expo acting as a comprehensive showcase of the latest vehicles, technologies, products and services for coach, bus and minibus.
Registration is free and can be undertaken via the show website. Suppliers that are interested in booking the last remaining spaces should contact Sales Manager Martin Laverton via email.
