As part of its aim to offer electric support vehicles to operators, Go-Ahead London, operator of Europe's largest fleet of electric buses (51 in service with a further 14 on order), has taken delivery of BYD e6 pure electric car for its pool transport.
Proven in millions of miles of service in demanding taxi operations in countries around the world (Uber in London operates 30), BYD is offering the vehicles via “attractive” leasing packages. It was handed over to Go-Ahead Group Engineering Director Richard Harrington (pictured left), by BYD UK Country Manager Frank Thorpe.
