Ceramex is investing over £3m to allow it to step up DPF refurbishment

Diesel particulate filter (DPF) refurbishment specialist Ceramex has reacted to increasing demand by investing over £3m in its facility in Langley.

Colin Lewis, MD, says: “With the ever-increasing demand for tighter emission controls and the fitment of DPFs, it is inevitable that the requirement for refurbishing DPFs is going to increase, and future demands from our customers prove that.

“Making sure that we can handle that is important to us, and this investment goes a long way to satisfying future demands.

“This facility upgrade will endeavour to maintain our dominance in the marketplace and it further increases our ability to handle even more volume.”

Ceramex supplies DPF refurbishment services to some of the world’s largest vehicle and equipment manufacturers. It also cleans DPFs for coach and bus applications via its distributor network.
