Unit keeps compatible phones charged wirelessly, enabling satnav usage

Drivers who use satellite navigation on their smartphones can benefit from a wireless charger.

The Adonit unit is both hands- and wire-free. It is compatible with various devices including iPhones and it charges quickly, with a built-in infrared sensor that recognises a smartphone.

A mount and an installation kit are included and the unit attaches to either an air vent or to glass. Devices are clamped securely within the charger.

The unit is compatible with all Qi-enabled devices. Retail price is £74.99 and it is available directly from Adonit or via Amazon.
